Ashraf Al Obaidani graduated from NHI in 2009 with a NVQ level 1 in Food Production.

He joined Crowne Plaza Muscat as a Commis Chef in the Italian kitchen and quickly due his professional work ethics, technical skills and the Executive Chef recognizing his potential, promoted to his current position.
