Waheed graduated from NHI in 2001 with a NVQ level 2 in Front Office Operations.

He was the first Omani employee for Dream Resort in 2002 where he joined as a receptionist, a bright star and over the next two years he was promoted to sales executive and then Front Office & Marketing in charge. He then decided to broaden his wings and joined Oman Air as a Traffic Assistant for three years. Waheed still ever ambitious joined British Airways 2006 in customer service, promoted through the ranks to executive customer service. Waheed knew that education was important and he has been studying for the past two years at Walyat College for his Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, future he wants his Masters. Waheed plans to continue with British Airways and develop into Management and who knows to CEO here in Oman.
