Sharifa Al Kharusi trained at NHI in 2007 as a student of front office operations.

Since completion of her course she has worked as a receptionist at the Sheraton Oman and the Grand Hyatt Muscat. She returned to NHI after this as a receptionist initially and during her time there she was promoted to Front Office Instructor. Sharifa is currently working for the Ministry of Defence and has recently completed the AH&LA Hotel Management Diploma at NHI. On completion of the diploma she has been promoted from Officer Mess Supervisor and is now running the Armed Forces Hospital Catering Department.
