Saleem Al Nadabi was an NHI student in 2007 where he completed an NVQ Level 2 in Front Office Operations.

On graduation from NHI he joined the Grand Hyatt Muscat and has been working in their Front Office as a Guest Service Officer for the past 3 years. He has completed all of the Grand Hyatt’s internal Service Excellence training programmes and has recently been promoted to a Team Leader of Front Office Operations.
