Mohammed Al Hajri was an NHI student between 1997 and 1998 where he completed an NVQ Level 2 in Food & Beverage Services.

Since he graduated from NHI he has worked at Grand Hyatt Muscat and the Radisson SAS Hotel Muscat in Food & Beverage operations, and achieved promotion to the position of Food & Beverage Outlet Manager. In 2005 he joined TAWOOS Industrial Services as Site Manager where he was responsible for the catering services for 250 rooms and from there he has been promoted to his current position of Project Manager of the permanent accommodations for contractors (PAC).

Mohammed has now returned to NHI in 2009 and is enrolled on the AH&LA Hotel Management Diploma. “It’s been my aim to obtain further qualifications in hospitality management since the first day I joined NHI and now I have finally got the opportunity to do it. The diploma course has already provided me with a wealth of hospitality knowledge which is related to my job and that it will enhance my performance significantly in the future”.
