Maimuna Al Kindi trained at NHI in 1997 and completed a Level 1National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Food Production at Gulf Chef School.

Since her graduation from NHI she has been highly successful in the Holiday Inn Muscat and has gone onto complete her Level 2 NVQ in Food Preparation in order to develop her skills. Maimuna joined NHI in 2003 as a kitchen technician where she was developed and promoted to an instructor by 2006. She is currently working for the army in Oman as a Chef in charge of the Hot Kitchen.
