Bader Salim Al Jahwari trained at NHI in 2005 where he completed an NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping.

Bader on job training was at the Sheraton as his hotel had not opened at that time. After graduation Bader joined Shangri-la Barr Al Jissa Resort & Spa, at the Al Husn Hotel, as Housekeeping Attendant. Taking on responsibility in the public areas and back of house areas. Transferred to Human Resources to work in Bait Al Jissa, the staff hotel, he quickly grasped the role and was promoted to Service Leader Housing in 2008. Bader would like to develop to the position of Director of Housing.
