Hafidh Khamis Al Rawahi trained at NHI in 2001 where he completed a NVQ Level 2 in Housekeeping. After Graduation he worked as a Housekeeping Attendant at the Haffa House Hotel and Radisson Hotel.

In 2002 he joined InterContinental Hotel and over the next 8 years he has developed his technical skills in Housekeeping, Room Service and in his current position as Guest Service Agent.

In 2002 he assisted IHG as part of the Housekeeping Task Force to open the Crowne Plaza Salalah, which he thoroughly enjoyed all the challenges. Hafidh has attended many internal IHG training courses and enjoys swimming and tennis in his free time.

Of his goals he would like to strengthen his skills in Sales & Marketing and be the future Director of Sales.
